Do you find yourself fatiguing towards the end of a round? Loss of concentration - caused by a drop in energy levels - can cause you to make mistakes which can turn into lacklustre drives, inaccurate chips, and missed putts.
In each session with our expert trainers, we focus on three key areas of physical preparation: Core Strength, Conditioning, and Flexibility.
Our Core Strength helps you transfer all the power in your hips through your trunk and arms to the club, and ultimately the tee, so you can get the most of out of your drives.
Our specially designed Coniditioning circuits help you in two major ways:
- Helps maintain form under duress: Working on technical movements with an elevated heart rate will translate to better technique for those pressure shots.
- Stay sharper for longer: Short, fast workouts provide benefits for long term activities like golf without the need for long recovery times. The result, feel as fresh on the back nine as you do on the front nine.
Flexibility training allows greater range of motion with much better ease. Ensuring adequate mobility in your hips, back and shoulder also prevents injuries which reduce your enjoyment and quality game time.
All this adds up to you being better prepared for tournaments or practice, allowing you to focus on your skill without the worry of fitness or fatigue.
